EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY: For all Golden Group International, Ltd (GGI) products purchased, GGI expressly warrants that the products are free from defect in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of delivery to the Buyer. Any product found by GGI to be defective in material and workmanship, not caused by Buyer’s misuse or negligence, within the one (1) year period, shall be either replaced with the same or substantially same product, or the original purchase price for the product refunded to the Buyer, as solely determined by GGI. THE FOREGOING EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY IS MADE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Buyer shall be solely responsible for the cost of returning any product claimed to be defective back to GGI. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: IN NO EVENT SHALL GGI BE LIABLE AND BUYER WAIVES ALL CLAIMS AGAINST GGI FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT BASED UPON GGI’S NEGLIGENCE, BREACH OF THE EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY, OR STRICT LIABILITY IN TORT OR ANY OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, IN RESPECT TO THE GGI PRODUCT, OR THE USE OR FAILURE THEREOF, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PRODUCTION OR INJURY TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY. IN ANY EVENT, GGI’S MAXIMUM LIABILITY TO BUYER SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY BUYER TO GGI FOR THE PRODUCT.

 

Golden Group International products are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal usage from the date of purchase for the periods set forth above. (Rust and discoloration to steel or stainless-steel parts resulting from exposure to harsh environmental and/or chemical conditions are not considered to be defects in workmanship or material and there is no expressed or implied warranty for such condition.)

All other products:Manufacturer warranties apply.

 

Limitations on Warranties

Golden Group International’s warranties set forth above do not cover damage resulting from vandalism. No other remedy (including, but not limited to, damages for field labor charges, lost profits, lost sales, injury to persons or property or any other incidental or consequential losses) is available.
